Organization & Efficiency

Life was busy, and I found myself not cooking as much, eating late because we were outside working till nightfall. Not planning dinner and then eating at the local diner because we were to tired to cook. That was expensive. So I said enough, there has to be a better way. I had tried so many things over the years, meal prep (yuck). How was I supposed to keep my family healthy without being stuck in the kitchen or procrastinating meal preparations to the point of eating out? I found a way to organize my day so it wasn’t so overwhelming. I started grocery shopping once a month, less time on the road to town to go get needed supplies, ordering online the daily necessities, saving fuel. Could I sustain it, would it all add up. With a HUGE “YES”, I can say over a year later, that it is sustainable. That slight change that makes a noticeable difference.
